My OCD Story

OCD can be an extremely stubborn and infuriating disorder to deal with. I struggled with it for many years and feared that I would never find a way out. But through a lot of hard work and perseverance I learnt how to deal with OCD, so that today it barely bothers me at all. In my experience, overcoming OCD is about learning to have a different relationship with anxiety. But how do you do that?
