My OCD Story

OCD can be an extremely stubborn and infuriating disorder to deal with. I struggled with it for many years and feared that I would never find a way out. But through a lot of hard work and perseverance I learnt how to deal with OCD, so that today it barely bothers me at all. In my experience, overcoming OCD is about learning to have a different relationship with anxiety. But how do you do that?

You will learn how to differentiate between normal and obsessive thoughts, how to accept the anxiety that these thoughts produce and how to avoid performing compulsions that keep you trapped in the OCD cycle.
