I found Rob through his podcast and I could not recommend coaching sessions with him enough! I
have been to several therapists, each with different approaches but none are nearly as effective as
Rob’s. Rob is compassionate and understanding, and his focus on acceptance and commitment
therapy is extremely valuable. The mind can be challenging to navigate sometimes, and Rob has an
excellent understanding of the anxious and OCD brain, and is able to explain how to get on with
enjoying your life despite these challenges. Thank you Rob for helping me and others, the work that
you do is so valuable!

I found out about Rob via his podcast which I really enjoyed. It came across as extremely natural and
as many others have said, it was nice to learn from someone who had a somewhat similar
experience. I've been meeting Rob on a weekly basis for the last 2 months and it has been really
helpful. I particularly appreciate the fact that he comes with focus for the sessions and gives really
good 'homework' that I can use in the week running up to my next session. I believe he is a good
blend of sharing his insights while not offering reassurance which is key! Thanks so much Rob!

As someone who has intrusive thought OCD and has done Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in the
past, Robert was a great resource for my latest "flare up"
. My session with him was refreshing and he
provided me with useful tips and tools to better manage intrusive thoughts when they arise or get
creative. I highly recommend a chat with Robert if you're experiencing anything similar or would like to
learn more about how to manage thoughts.

I'm very grateful to Rob for his terrific service. With his support I have been able to make great
progress in managing my OCD. Through the techniques, strategies and knowledge Rob introduces, I
feel more balanced and equipped than ever. It's reassuring for me that I'm working with somebody
who uses their personal experience of struggle and hardship combined with their hard work in pursuit
of recovery. Passing down the gold on what works and what doesn't. A reliable, down to earth, lovely
fellow that will help you foster a healthier attitude towards yourself and your experience with Anxiety
and OCD.Thanks a heap for what you do, Rob. Looking forward to continuing our work together.

A quick review: I've seen a few psychologists and they were helpful but for me personally nothing
beats talking to someone that has gone through what I have. Robert's insight into my issues allowed
us to connect and he understood how to help. He always came prepared to every session we had
with a topic that had me improving and moving forward. Because of this I was able to make great
progress and deal with things a lot better. I gladly recommend him.

Robert is an excellent coach. He is highly skilled in managing OCD and anxiety and offers practical
tips and information that really help to reduce anxiety, stress, and OCD symptoms. He is
compassionate and makes an immediate personal connection to give you the trust you need in a
coach to help move forward towards your goals and living a life that is consistent with your personal
values. I highly recommend Robert as a coach!

Having suffered with OCD for a number of years, I tried numerous private therapists, all to no avail.
However, since starting coaching sessions with Rob I have finally seen some progress and
improvement! The fact that he has experienced OCD himself gives him the empathy and in depth
understanding that I found others distinctly lacked. His ACT approach and learning to tune in to your
personal values is great, as it helps build solid, positive foundations for recovery. I have always found
Rob very easy to talk to, non-judgemental and supportive. I would highly recommend his coaching
sessions!

Amazing to eventually find a native English speaking close to Barcelona. Robert has really been a
true inspiration for me and helped me to understand how and where to focus my thoughts.
It took me a long time (years!) to actually realize that I have a build up of stress or anxiety or however
it should be labeled.
Robert helped me to learnt to accept “it” and process “it” in a simple way. I would truly recommend
getting in touch with Robert, I think he still offers a free first time consultation, so I mean what do you
have to loose?

I have gone to therapists before, but no one gave me the feeling of being understood like Robert did.
His own experience of OCD and in depth knowledge about the disorder make him a very good coach
for everyone who is on the ocd recovery journey!

I have suffered from OCD since childhood and have tried every type of therapy and so can honestly
vouch for Rob being the best I have had. I would recommend using someone like him who has
experienced OCD himself - as opposed to a psychotherapist. Rob´
s approach is making huge
in-roads into my OCD but also his coaching and teaching of values is improving my quality of life. He
is very easy to talk to and I can honestly say I don
´t know where I would be if I hadn
´t stumbled across
his podcast.

I think the fact that Robert does the first meeting free says a lot about him and his passion for this
work. He was very flexible when it came to working with my schedule as well. He was very kind and
compassionate.

I found Rob to be a very unique coach within the field of helping people with ocd and anxiety. I
personally had a few sessions with Rob which helped me get started with erp for ocd (especially
sensorimotor theme... Which is so hard to come across when getting help with this particular issue).
He is very compassionate, understanding and relatable. His podcast is something which I have
gained so much knowledge from and put a lot of his suggestions in to practice. I would 100% you
listen to the podcast and even request some personal coaching if you are struggling.

I've been working with Robert for over a year now and doing so has made all the difference in my
recovery from OCD. When I consider how badly my intrusive thoughts were tormenting me last winter
versus now, it's a difference between night and day. I worked with multiple local mental healthcare
professionals and all of them ineffective at helping me because they seemingly didn't understand how
OCD really works. Robert has been there, knows the struggles, and knows what can help. I do have
to follow his advise in order to see results, which is always compassionate and he never makes me
feel bad when I fail to be able do something. I am so grateful I found him to help me in my recovery, I
can't recommend him enough to those with OCD and anxiety.
